OSM Thome is looking for experienced Able Seafarers (AB) to work onboard offshore support vessels trading worldwide. If you are a dedicated deck rating with good seamanship and a strong safety mindset, we want to hear from you.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out deck operations, including mooring, unmooring, and anchor handling support
• Assist with cargo and supply operations, including deck and rigging work
• Perform lookout duties and bridge watch in accordance with COLREGs
• Conduct routine maintenance, chipping, painting, and cleaning of deck areas and equipment
• Operate and maintain deck gear, ropes, wires, and safety equipment
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in drills and emergency response

• Requirements:
• Valid AB deck certificate (STCW II/4 or national equivalent)
• All mandatory STCW certificates and valid medical fitness
• Previous experience as AB, preferably on offshore or support vessels
• Good spoken and written English
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team
• Willingness to work worldwide on various offshore projects
• Hold UK work permit
