OSM Thome is looking for a dedicated 4th Engineer / Junior Engineer to join our chemical tanker fleet trading worldwide. You will work closely with the engineering team to keep all machinery and equipment running safely and efficiently.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries and machinery in engine room
• Carry out routine inspections, watchkeeping and daily checks as assigned by senior engineers
• Support maintenance and repair of pumps, purifiers, compressors and other engine room systems
• Follow safety procedures, pollution prevention rules and company standards at all times
• Assist with bunkering, transfers and other engine department operations as required

• Requirements:
• Valid 4th Engineer / Officer in Charge of an Engine Watch (OICEW) license, compliant with STCW
• Experience on tankers preferred; chemical tanker experience is an advantage
• Valid tanker and basic safety certificates, including STCW and medical
• Good English communication and ability to work in an international crew
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn and develop onboard
