Join OSM Thome as Chief Steward on an offshore support vessel trading worldwide. You will lead the catering team and make sure the crew is well fed, cabins are clean, and all hotel services run smoothly and safely.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the daily operation of the galley, pantry, and accommodation
• Plan menus, order and control food and store items
• Supervise and train catering crew
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety
• Monitor catering budget and stock levels
• Follow company and vessel safety procedures at all times

• Requirements:
• Proven sea-going experience as Chief Steward or similar senior catering rank
• Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents as per international regulations
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
• Fit for offshore work and willing to work worldwide
• Hold UK work permit
