Join OSM Thome as Cook on an offshore pipe-layer in Brazil. You will provide safe, tasty and nutritious meals for the crew and support smooth galley operations onboard.

  • Key responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare daily meals for crew and officers
  • Ensure food quality, hygiene and safe handling at all times
  • Manage galley stores, stock rotation and inventory control
  • Keep galley, pantry and equipment clean and in good working order
  • Follow company HSE and food safety procedures
  • Support any emergency and safety drills as required
  • Requirements:
  • Proven experience as Cook on offshore vessels or similar
  • Valid STCW certificates and medical fit for offshore work
  • Food handling / hygiene certification
  • Good English communication
  • Ability to work in a multicultural crew and under rotation
