Join OSM Thome as Cook on an offshore pipe-layer in Brazil. You will provide safe, tasty and nutritious meals for the crew and support smooth galley operations onboard.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and prepare daily meals for crew and officers
Ensure food quality, hygiene and safe handling at all times
Manage galley stores, stock rotation and inventory control
Keep galley, pantry and equipment clean and in good working order
Follow company HSE and food safety procedures
Support any emergency and safety drills as required
Requirements:
Proven experience as Cook on offshore vessels or similar
Valid STCW certificates and medical fit for offshore work
Food handling / hygiene certification
Good English communication
Ability to work in a multicultural crew and under rotation
