We are looking for an Accounts Payable Manager to join our office in Limassol.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of Invoicing and/or Payments experience
• Experience with leading teams in multi-location set up
• Strong knowledge of related internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems and strong process improvement skills (working knowledge of Eyeshare and Microsoft D365 will be considered an advantage)
• Detail-oriented, organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English
• Flexible for travelling

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full accounts payable cycle (invoice processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations)
• Drive process and system improvements for efficiency and better collaboration
• Act as the main link for various units involved in the accounts payable cycle
• Maintain strong internal controls and support audits where necessary
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations
