Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of Invoicing and/or Payments experience
- Experience with leading teams in multi-location set up
- Strong knowledge of related internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and strong process improvement skills (working knowledge of Eyeshare and Microsoft D365 will be considered an advantage)
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of meeting tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English
- Flexible for travelling
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts payable cycle (invoice processing, approvals, payments, reconciliations)
- Drive process and system improvements for efficiency and better collaboration
- Act as the main link for various units involved in the accounts payable cycle
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audits where necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve escalations
