Step onboard an ocean cruise vessel as an Assistant Waiter /Cabin Steward with OSM Thome. Support the restaurant team in delivering friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at sea.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist waiters with serving food and beverages in all dining areas
• Prepare tables, stations, and equipment before and after service
• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between courses
• Support buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
• Follow shipboard hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Provide polite, attentive service and respond to guest requests

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or cruise service preferred
• Good level of spoken English
• Customer-focused, with a positive and cooperative attitude
• Able to work in shifts and in a fast-paced, shipboard environment
• Fit for sea service and willing to work on international voyages
