Step onboard an ocean cruise vessel as an Assistant Waiter /Cabin Steward with OSM Thome. Support the restaurant team in delivering friendly, efficient service to guests while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at sea.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist waiters with serving food and beverages in all dining areas
- Prepare tables, stations, and equipment before and after service
- Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly between courses
- Support buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown
- Follow shipboard hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures at all times
- Provide polite, attentive service and respond to guest requests
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or cruise service preferred
- Good level of spoken English
- Customer-focused, with a positive and cooperative attitude
- Able to work in shifts and in a fast-paced, shipboard environment
- Fit for sea service and willing to work on international voyages
