Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer on our container vessels trading worldwide. You will be part of a professional engine team, keeping the vessel’s machinery running safely and efficiently on all voyages.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in operation, monitoring and maintenance of main engine and auxiliaries
• Carry out routine checks, inspections and planned maintenance jobs
• Keep engine room equipment, tools and work areas clean and in good order
• Assist with bunkering, fuel transfers and engine room watchkeeping
• Report faults, support troubleshooting and follow safety procedures at all times

• Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Engineer CoC (unlimited) meeting STCW requirements
• Previous sea service as 3/E or 4/E, preferably on container or similar vessels
• Valid STCW basic and advanced safety certificates, medical and seaman’s documents
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work well in an international engine team
