Set sail with OSM Thome as a Messman on board an offshore construction vessel, trading worldwide. Work closely with the galley and catering team to keep the crew well-fed, comfortable, and the mess room in good order.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in meal preparation and serving food and drinks to crew and officers
• Set up, clean, and tidy the mess room, pantry, and galley areas
• Wash dishes, cutlery, and galley equipment
• Handle cabin cleaning, linens, and general housekeeping as assigned
• Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitary standards at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Messman or similar catering role at sea is preferred
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness certificate
• Good command of English for shipboard communication
• Team player with a positive attitude and good personal hygiene
• Willingness to work worldwide on an offshore construction vessel
