Join OSM Thome as Hotel Controller onboard a cruise vessel with HX. In this role you will oversee the hotel department’s finances and stores, making sure all hotel operations are cost effective, well documented and in line with company standards.

• Key responsibilities:
• Fully responsible for financial reports concerning the hotel operation and results onboard.
• Monitor food, beverage and hotel consumables, including stock and issuance
• Receives and verifies merchandise received as per PO and as stated on the invoices.
• Ensure proper use of hotel systems and correct recording of all transactions

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Hotel Controller or similar role onboard cruise/passenger vessels
• Strong understanding of onboard hotel operations and cost control
• Good skills in accounting, reporting and MS Office / hotel software
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Valid seafarer documents and medicals
