OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Motorman / Oiler to join our oil/chemical tanker trading in Europe. You will work closely with the engineering team to keep all machinery running safely and efficiently.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of main engine and auxiliaries
  • Carry out daily engine room rounds and report abnormalities
  • Perform routine lubrication, cleaning and general engine room upkeep
  • Assist with bunkering operations and engine room watchkeeping
  • Follow all safety procedures and pollution prevention rules
• Requirements:
  • Valid Motorman / Oiler certificate and STCW documents
  • Tanker (oil/chemical) experience preferred
  • Valid medical certificate and Seaman’s Book
  • Good English communication skills
  • Fit for engine room work and willing to follow company safety standards
