Join OSM Thome as an Able Seafarer (AB) on an Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessel in the North Sea. You will work as part of a skilled deck crew, supporting offshore operations and vessel handling in demanding weather and sea conditions.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with anchor handling, towing, and supply operations
• Perform mooring, unmooring, and cargo handling on deck
• Carry out watchkeeping duties and lookout as required
• Maintain deck equipment, gear, and work areas in safe condition
• Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills

• Requirements:
• Valid AB certificate and seafarer documents
• Previous AB experience, preferably on AHTS or offshore vessels
• Good knowledge of deck work, mooring, and anchor handling
• Fit for duty and able to work in harsh North Sea conditions
• Good English communication skills and strong safety mindset
