Join OSM Thome as 4th Engineer / Junior Engineer on a chemical tanker trading worldwide. You will be part of a professional engine team, supporting safe and efficient vessel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries and other engine room machinery
• Carry out routine checks, repairs, and planned maintenance as directed by senior engineers
• Monitor engine room parameters and report abnormalities promptly
• Support bunkering, tank cleaning and cargo-related engine room duties
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures and keep engine spaces clean and in good order
• Maintain proper records, logs and documentation as required

Requirements

• Valid 4th Engineer / Junior Engineer license meeting STCW requirements
• Experience on tankers preferred; chemical tanker experience is an advantage
• Valid STCW certificates, tanker familiarization and medical fitness
• Good English communication skills
• Team player with a strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
