Join OSM Thome as a Fitter on an offshore cable-layer trading worldwide. Work in a hands-on role, keeping deck and engine equipment in good condition and supporting safe and efficient operations at sea.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out steel repairs, cutting, grinding and welding on deck and in engine areas
• Maintain and repair pipes, supports, foundations and sea fastenings
• Assist with maintenance of deck machinery and hull structures
• Work closely with engineering and deck teams during operations and port calls
• Follow all safety procedures and keep work areas clean and tidy

• Requirements:
• Experience as Fitter on offshore vessels or similar seagoing ships
• Good skills in welding, gas cutting and use of hand tools
• Basic knowledge of engine room and deck machinery
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fit for offshore work
• Good English communication and ability to work in an international crew
