Set sail with OSM Thome as an Ordinary Seaman on oil/chemical tankers trading worldwide. Be part of a safe and professional deck team, supporting daily vessel operations and learning from experienced crew.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist with mooring, unmooring, anchoring and cargo operations
• Carry out routine deck maintenance, painting and cleaning
• Stand lookout and assist on bridge and deck watches
• Handle mooring lines, fenders and deck gear safely
• Follow company safety procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Support emergency drills and safety trainings
• Requirements:
• Valid STCW certificates for Ordinary Seaman
• Basic Tanker / Oil & Chemical training as per STCW
• Valid seafarer medical certificate, passport and seaman’s book
• Previous experience on tankers is an advantage
• Good English communication and ability to work in a mixed crew
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
