OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Fitter to join our Oil/Chemical Tanker fleet trading worldwide. If you are a hands-on, safety-minded seafarer with strong steelwork and repair skills, we want to hear from you.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out steel repairs, pipe fitting and welding jobs as instructed by Chief Engineer
• Maintain and repair deck and engine room structures, fittings and equipment
• Assist in maintenance of cargo systems and tank fittings
• Ensure all work is done safely and in line with company and industry standards
• Support engine room and deck crew with maintenance tasks as required

• Requirements:
• Previous sea experience as Fitter on Tanker vessels (Oil/Chemical preferred)
• Valid welding and gas-cutting skills with proven steelwork experience
• Relevant STCW certificates and valid seagoing documents
• Good spoken English and ability to follow clear instructions
• Fit for duty with a valid medical certificate and readiness to sail worldwide
