• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the cook in galley and pantry work
• Serve meals and beverages to officers and crew
• Clean mess rooms, galley and food storage areas
• Wash dishes, utensils and galley equipment
• Handle garbage segregation and disposal as per vessel procedures
• Support general housekeeping in accommodation areas as needed

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Messman or similar position at sea preferred
• Valid seafarer documents and medical fitness
• Basic safety training as per STCW
• Good hygiene and housekeeping standards
• Ability to work in a multicultural crew and follow instructions
• Good English communication skills
