Join OSM Thome as Housekeeping Manager on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will lead the housekeeping team and ensure all guest and crew areas are kept clean, safe and comfortable throughout the voyage.

• Key responsibilities:
• Oversee daily cleaning of cabins, public areas and crew spaces
• Plan and allocate housekeeping duties and work schedules
• Train, guide and supervise housekeeping crew
• Monitor stock and order cleaning materials and linen
• Ensure hygiene, health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Handle passenger feedback related to housekeeping services

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in housekeeping on passenger vessels or hotels
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team
• Good English communication skills
• Strong eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, shipboard environment
