Join OSM Thome as Electro Technical Officer (ETO) on Oil/Chemical Tankers trading worldwide. You will be responsible for the safe and reliable operation of all electrical and electronic systems onboard, supporting safe cargo and ship operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate, maintain and repair electrical, electronic and automation systems, including power generation and distribution
• Carry out planned maintenance and troubleshooting on navigation, communication and cargo control systems
• Support engine and deck teams with electrical support for cargo pumps, valves and instrumentation
• Monitor and maintain safety systems, including fire detection, gas detection and emergency power
• Keep accurate maintenance records and report defects, repairs and spare parts needs

• Requirements:
• Valid ETO CoC and all required STCW certificates for tanker service
• Experience as ETO on Oil/Chemical Tankers
• Good knowledge of high and low voltage marine systems, automation and control systems
• Good English communication skills
• Fit for duty with valid medical certificate and willing to work worldwide
• ME engine experience.
