Join OSM Thome as Master on a Multicat Utility Vessel operating offshore Taiwan. Lead safe and efficient marine operations, guide your crew, and ensure smooth day-to-day vessel performance in a busy offshore environment.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Overall command of the vessel and crew, ensuring safety at all times
  • Plan and execute offshore operations in line with client and company procedures
  • Oversee navigation, DP (if applicable), and bridge watchkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with flag, class, and international regulations
  • Conduct safety drills, toolbox talks, and regular HSE checks
  • Maintain good communication with clients, shore management, and other vessels
  • Monitor vessel condition and coordinate with chief engineer on maintenance needs
• Requirements:
  • Valid Master (COT) / Master Unlimited CoC suitable for offshore operations
  • Proven experience as Master on Multicat or similar offshore support vessels
  • Strong background in offshore / marine construction / utility vessel work
  • Good knowledge of international maritime rules and HSE standards
  • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • All mandatory STCW certificates, valid medical and offshore documents
  • Ability to lead, train, and motivate a mixed-nationality crew
