Join OSM Thome as an Able Seafarer (AB) on a multipurpose offshore vessel operating in Brazil. Be part of a professional crew, supporting safe and efficient deck operations in offshore waters.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out deck work such as mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling
• Assist with watchkeeping and lookout duties as directed by the officer
• Operate and maintain deck equipment and gear safely
• Participate in bunkering, transfer, and offshore support operations
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and painting of deck areas
• Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills and emergency duties

Requirements

• Valid AB Certificate and seafarer documents in accordance with STCW
• Previous experience as AB, preferably on offshore or multipurpose vessels
• Valid medical fitness certificate and required offshore training (e.g. HUET/BOSIET, if applicable)
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety mindset and ability to work well in a team
