Join OSM Thome as an Able Seafarer (AB) on a Cargo Transfer Vessel (CTV) operating in Brazilian waters. We are looking for a hands-on, safety-minded seafarer with solid deck experience to support safe and efficient cargo and marine operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Carry out mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
• Assist with cargo transfer and deck operations as directed by officers
• Perform lookout duties and helmsman tasks when required
• Maintain deck equipment, gear, and work areas in good order
• Follow all safety procedures and take part in drills
• Support general maintenance, cleaning, and painting on deck
• Requirements:
• Valid AB certificate and STCW documents in line with Brazilian/flag requirements
• Experience working on offshore or cargo vessels
• Good knowledge of deck work, seamanship, and safe working practices
• Medically fit for sea service
• Basic English communication skills for shipboard operations
