Join OSM Thome as an Able Seafarer (AB) on a passenger ferry in Europe. Work with an experienced crew, keep the vessel safe and tidy, and support deck operations on a busy and dynamic route.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist with mooring, unmooring, and anchoring operations
  • Stand lookout and assist on the bridge as required
  • Carry out steering duties and helm orders safely
  • Perform routine deck maintenance and cleaning
  • Support passenger safety, drills, and emergency procedures
  • Handle cargo, lines, and equipment as directed by officers
• Requirements:
  • Valid AB certificate and STCW documents in line with international regulations
  • Experience on passenger vessels or ferries preferred
  • Good command of English, spoken and written
  • Fit for sea service with valid medical certificate
  • Team player with a safety-first attitude and reliable work habits
