OSM Thome is looking for a reliable 4th Engineer / Junior Engineer to join our chemical tanker fleet trading worldwide. You will work closely with the engine team to keep all machinery running safely and efficiently.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries and other engine room equipment
• Carry out routine checks, watchkeeping and record-keeping in the engine room
• Assist with repairs, troubleshooting and planned maintenance jobs
• Maintain good housekeeping, safety and environmental standards in the engine room
• Follow company procedures and support senior engineers in daily operations

• Requirements:
• Valid 4th Engineer / III/1 CoC or equivalent Junior Engineer qualification
• Experience on tankers preferred; chemical tanker experience is an advantage
• Valid STCW certificates and tanker endorsements as required
• Good English communication skills
• Fit for sea service and ready to work in a multinational crew
