OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Night Cook/Baker to work onboard an offshore construction vessel trading worldwide. You will be part of the galley team, preparing fresh meals and baked goods for the crew during night hours.

• Key responsibilities:
• Prepare hot and cold meals for night shift crew according to menu plans
• Bake fresh bread, rolls, pastries and other bakery items nightly
• Ensure proper storage, thawing and handling of provisions
• Keep galley, bakery area and equipment clean and in good order
• Follow food safety, hygiene and HSE standards at all times
• Assist Chief Cook and Galley team as needed

• Requirements:
• Proven sea-going experience as Night Cook, Cook/Baker or similar
• Good skills in both cooking and baking for multinational crews
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical fitness
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work independently on night shifts and under time pressure
• Willingness to work worldwide on rotation
