Join OSM Thome as a Bartender on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will serve guests at sea, ensuring a friendly bar atmosphere and professional service throughout the voyage.

• Key responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to passengers and crew
• Operate the bar, handle cash and basic POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the bar and lounge areas
• Follow shipboard safety, hygiene and alcohol service rules
• Provide courteous, efficient service and assist with guest queries

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as a bartender, preferably on passenger vessels or ferries
• Good spoken English and strong customer-service attitude
• Basic knowledge of popular drinks and bar operation
• Fit for sea service and able to work shifts and long hours on board
• Valid seafarer documents and medicals, or ability to obtain them
