Join OSM Thome as Laundry Master on a passenger ocean cruise vessel operating from Spain. Take charge of the ship’s laundry department and ensure high standards of cleanliness and garment care for guests and crew.

• Key responsibilities:
• Oversee all laundry operations for guest and crew linen, uniforms, and personal items
• Operate and monitor washers, dryers, presses, and finishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage laundry team, plan work schedules, and train staff in correct procedures
• Control use of chemicals, water, and energy, following safety and environmental rules
• Maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry supplies, and report any shortages or damage
• Ensure laundry areas are kept clean, orderly, and in compliance with company standards

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as Laundry Master or similar senior laundry role on cruise or passenger vessels
• Strong knowledge of industrial laundry equipment, fabrics, and cleaning chemicals
• Good leadership and communication skills with ability to manage and train a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced shipboard environment and handle peak workloads
• Good English communication skills
• Valid seafarer documents and medicals as per international and company standards
