Join OSM Thome as 3rd Cook on a passenger ocean cruise vessel sailing from Spain. Support the galley team in preparing quality meals for guests and crew while keeping a clean and safe working area.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily food preparation for passengers and crew
• Follow menus and instructions from the Chief Cook and Sous Chef
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety in the galley
• Handle storage, labelling and stock rotation of provisions
• Support dishwashing, cleaning and general galley duties as required

Requirements

• Previous experience as 3rd Cook or Galley Assistant on passenger or cruise vessels preferred
• STCW certificates valid for service at sea
• Valid seafarer medical certificate
• Good command of English
• Team player, able to work in a busy galley and follow instructions
