Join OSM Thome as a Galley Utility on an ocean cruise passenger vessel sailing from Spain. Be part of the galley team supporting daily food preparation and maintaining a clean, safe and well-organized work area for crew and guests.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist cooks and chefs with basic food preparation and handling
• Clean and sanitize galley equipment, utensils, and workstations
• Collect, wash, and store crockery, cutlery, and galley tools
• Handle garbage segregation and disposal according to vessel procedures
• Support loading, storing, and stock rotation of provisions
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP standards onboard

• Requirements:
• Previous experience in a galley or kitchen onboard or ashore is an advantage
• Good command of English
• Ability to work in shifts and in a fast-paced galley environment
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Fit for duty and able to pass all required medical and safety checks
