Join OSM Thome as Chief Officer on an offshore cable-layer trading worldwide. You will be a key part of the deck and bridge team, supporting safe and efficient marine and cable operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Master in safe navigation and overall vessel operations
• Plan and supervise deck, mooring, and cargo/cable handling operations
• Lead and train deck crew, ensuring safe working practices
• Oversee stability, ballast, and cargo planning
• Maintain deck equipment, LSA/FFA, and safety systems
• Support offshore and DP operations as required
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international regulations

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer COC (unlimited)
• Previous experience as C/O or 2/O on offshore / cable-layer / DP vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical
• Good level of spoken and written English
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and safety mindset
• Willingness to work worldwide on rotational contracts
