Key Responsibilities

• Overall command of the vessel, crew and cargo operations
• Ensure safe navigation and ship handling in all conditions
• Maintain compliance with international and company regulations
• Oversee port calls, cargo planning and stability
• Lead safety drills, emergency preparedness and crew training
• Manage onboard documentation, reporting and communication

Requirements

• Valid Master (Unlimited) CoC for container vessels
• Strong experience as Master or Chief Officer on container ships
• Good knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MARPOL and SOLAS
• Strong leadership, decision-making and communication skills
• Good English, spoken and written
• Valid medical certificate and necessary STCW documents
