Join OSM Thome as Galley Utility on a passenger ferry in Europe. You will support the galley team in day-to-day operations, ensuring a clean, safe and well-stocked working area for smooth meal service to crew and passengers.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist cooks and galley staff with basic food preparation and service
• Wash dishes, pots, pans and keep all galley areas clean and orderly
• Handle garbage segregation and disposal according to vessel procedures
• Receive, move and store provisions and maintain proper stock rotation
• Follow hygiene, safety and HACCP standards at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as galley utility or similar position at sea preferred
• Basic knowledge of galley work and safe food handling
• Good command of English
• Valid seafarer documents and medicals as per flag and company requirements
• Team player with a positive attitude and readiness to work shifts
