Join OSM Thome as 3rd Officer on a shuttle tanker trading off Brazil. You will support safe navigation, cargo operations and deck routines, working closely with the bridge and deck teams on a modern, well-managed vessel.
Key responsibilities:
- Stand bridge watch and assist with safe navigation and maneuvering
- Assist in cargo and shuttle operations as directed by senior officers
- Carry out safety rounds, maintenance checks and inspections
- Update and maintain logs, records and navigational charts/ENCs
- Participate in safety drills and implementation of ISM/ISPS procedures
- Support mooring operations and general deck work as required
Requirements:
- Valid 3rd Officer / OOW (Deck) license, meeting STCW requirements
- Shuttle tanker experience
- All required STCW certificates and valid seagoing medical
- DP Basic, SMS1 and SMS2
- Good English communication skills, spoken and written
- Strong safety attitude and ability to work in an international crew
