Join OSM Thome IWS as Chief Engineer on a CSOV operating offshore France. You will be responsible for the safe, efficient and reliable running of the engine room and all technical systems onboard, supporting offshore wind farm operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all engine room and machinery operations
• Lead, train and supervise the engineering crew
• Plan and carry out maintenance and repairs on all machinery and equipment
• Ensure compliance with class, flag and company safety standards
• Monitor fuel, lube oil and spare parts usage and ordering
• Work closely with the Master and deck team to support offshore operations

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Engineer (Unlimited) CoC
• Experience as C/E offshore / DP / CSOV or similar vessels
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, auxiliary systems and PMS
• Valid STCW certificates and medical fitness
• Good English communication skills
• Team player with a strong focus on safety and preventive maintenance
