HSEQ Coordinator

If you have a strong background in HSEQ management, integrated management systems, and the maritime/offshore industry, we would like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Integrated Management System;
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, international standards, and client-specific HSEQ requirements;
• Coordinate internal and external HSEQ audits;
• Lead accident and incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up;
• Monitor HSEQ KPIs and recommend improvement actions;
• Supervise the HSEQ team and third-party service providers;
• Promote a strong safety culture through training and awareness initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related fields;
• Experience in HSEQ roles, preferably in the maritime or offshore industry;
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards;
• Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations;
• Advanced English;
• Previous experience leading or coordinating teams;
• CREA or applicable professional registration is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Internal Auditor certification;
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems;
• Offshore certifications such as CBSP and HUET.
