OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Senior DPO to work on a PSV operating offshore Brazil. If you are confident on the DP desk, used to fast-paced maritim operations, and committed to safety, we want to hear from you.

• Key responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor the DP system during all vessel operations
• Plan and execute DP operations in close coordination with the bridge team and clients
• Ensure compliance with vessel and company safety procedures at all times
• Keep DP records, logs, and reports updated and accurate
• Assist the Master with navigation, watchkeeping, and bridge management
• Participate in drills, risk assessments, and toolbox talks
• Requirements:
• Valid STCW license suitable for the position
• DP Unlimited certificate
• Previous experience as SDPO on PSV or similar offshore vessels
• Strong knowledge of DP systems and offshore operations
• Good English communication skills
• Valid Brazilian certifications (or willingness to obtain)
