Join OSM Thome as 2nd Engineer (2/E) on a Platform Supply Vessel (PSV) operating offshore United Kingdom. You will support safe and efficient engine room operations, keeping all machinery in good running condition and assisting the Chief Engineer with daily technical and maintenance tasks.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist Chief Engineer in safe and efficient running of all engine room and auxiliary machinery
• Carry out planned maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on main engines and ship systems
• Monitor engine parameters, fuel and lube oil consumption, and report abnormalities
• Keep engine room watch as per duty schedule and maintain good housekeeping
• Follow company safety procedures, permit to work, and environmental regulations
• Update engine room logs, records, and maintenance reports
• Requirements:
• Valid 2nd Engineer (Unlimited) CoC, meeting STCW requirements
• Previous offshore / PSV or similar vessel experience preferred
• Up-to-date STCW basic and advanced safety courses and valid medical certificate
• Good working knowledge of engine room systems and PMS
• Strong safety mindset, good teamwork, and good English communication skills
