OSM Thome is looking for an experienced Chief Officer to sail on a Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) in Romania. You will support safe and efficient offshore operations, working closely with the Master and crew.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist the Master with navigation, vessel handling and daily operations
• Plan and supervise deck work, mooring and offshore transfers
• Ensure safe transfer of personnel to and from offshore structures
• Maintain charts, publications and navigation equipment
• Oversee safety drills, checks and permit-to-work systems
• Monitor vessel stability, loading and deck cargo operations

• Requirements:
• Valid Chief Officer / OOW Deck CoC suitable for vessel and trading area
• Previous offshore / CTV or crew boat experience preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and offshore medical
• Good English communication skills
• Strong focus on safety, teamwork and proactive attitude
