OSM Thome is looking for a motivated 3rd Officer Junior to serve on an Oil/Chemical Tanker trading in Europe. This is a good opportunity to build your deck experience, learn tanker operations, and grow your career under the guidance of an experienced bridge team.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist with bridge watchkeeping and safe navigation
• Support cargo operations, tank preparations, and safety checks
• Carry out routine inspections, rounds, and maintenance as directed
• Follow company and vessel safety procedures at all times
• Assist with paperwork, logbooks, and reporting as required

• Requirements:
• Valid 3rd Officer license (STCW compliant)
• Basic tanker familiarization; oil/chemical experience an advantage
• Valid STCW safety courses, medical certificate, and seaman’s book
• Good English communication skills
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
