Join OSM Thome as 3rd Engineer (3/E) on an Oil/Chemical Tanker trading in Europe. You will be part of a professional engine team, keeping all machinery running safely and efficiently while maintaining high safety and pollution-prevention standards.

• Key responsibilities:
  • Assist in operation and maintenance of main engine, auxiliaries, and engine room equipment
  • Carry out routine inspections, watchkeeping, and machinery checks
  • Perform planned maintenance and repairs as instructed by senior engineers
  • Monitor fuel, lube oil, and other consumptions and report any abnormalities
  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company and international regulations
  • Keep engine room logbooks and records up to date
• Requirements:
  • Valid III/1 or III/2 CoC as 3rd Engineer for motor vessels
  • Recent experience on Oil and/or Chemical Tankers preferred
  • All required STCW certificates and valid tanker endorsements
  • Good English communication skills
  • Fit for duty with valid medical fitness and seafarer documents
