Ordinary Seaman (OS) position available on RORO vessel ARK GERMANIA trading under DFDS. Ideal for a hardworking deck rating who is ready to support safe and efficient deck operations.

• Key responsibilities:
• Assist with mooring and unmooring operations
• Carry out deck maintenance, chipping, painting and cleaning
• Handle lashings and cargo securing on the RORO decks
• Stand lookout and assist on the bridge as required
• Support emergency drills and follow safety procedures at all times

• Requirements:
• Previous experience as OS or deck rating on RORO or similar vessels preferred
• Valid STCW certificates and seaman’s book
• Valid medical fitness certificate
• Good English communication skills
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team
