Join OSM Thome as a Night Cook/Baker on an offshore construction vessel, working worldwide. You will handle night meals and fresh bakery for crew and project personnel, ensuring good, safe food is always available during night operations.
- Key responsibilities:
- Prepare hot and cold night meals according to menu and hygiene standards
- Bake bread, rolls, and pastries for breakfast and day service
- Maintain a clean and safe galley, stores, and baking area
- Follow food safety procedures and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Assist Chief Cook with food preparation and stock control when required
- Requirements:
- Seagoing or offshore experience as Cook/Baker or Night Cook
- Basic STCW safety training and valid medical certificate
- Good knowledge of galley hygiene and food safety (HACCP)
- Ability to work independently on night shift
- Good English communication skills
