Key responsibilities
Lead and supervise all engine room staff and technical operations
Plan and carry out maintenance and repair of main engines, auxiliaries and deck machinery
Monitor and control fuel, lube oil and spare parts consumption and stock
Ensure all machinery and systems are operated safely and efficiently at all times
Keep engine room records, logbooks and maintenance reports up to date
Ensure full compliance with company procedures, Class, flag and safety rules
Support vessel operations during DP, cargo and offshore supply activities
Requirements
Valid Chief Engineer (Unlimited) CoC suitable for offshore/PSV operations
Previous experience as C/E on offshore vessels, preferably PSV
Valid STCW certificates, medical fitness and seafarer documents as per regulations
Strong knowledge of engine room systems, DP-related equipment and planned maintenance
Good English communication skills
Team leader with a strong safety mindset and hands-on approach
