Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in electrical engineering for industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.
- Field experience supporting construction, commissioning, or operational activities.
- Knowledge of electrical power systems, protection, and distribution equipment.
- Ability to prepare and review engineering documentation and technical studies.
- Familiarity with electrical design standards and project execution processes.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with international project teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Tasks:
- Execute electrical engineering activities across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
- Review client requirements, specifications, and project documentation.
- Develop electrical design criteria, system architectures, and distribution concepts.
- Prepare and review single line diagrams and electrical system configurations.
- Perform electrical calculations and studies, including load assessments, fault analysis, and equipment sizing.
- Define protection, metering, control, and automation requirements.
- Develop technical specifications, datasheets, and engineering deliverables for electrical equipment.
- Support equipment selection, supplier evaluations, and technical bid reviews.
- Review vendor documentation and provide engineering comments.
- Design and coordinate electrical layouts, cable routing, grounding, and installation requirements.
- Prepare cable sizing studies, material take-offs, and installation documentation.
- Support procurement, fabrication, site activities, testing, and system energization.
- Assist with commissioning activities and resolution of field technical issues.
- Coordinate technical information between engineering, suppliers, construction teams, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with project procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
