- Key responsibilities:
- Assist with mooring, unmooring, anchoring, and cargo operations
- Carry out chipping, painting, cleaning, and general deck maintenance
- Stand lookout and assist with watchkeeping duties as directed
- Handle deck equipment, lines, and gear safely and correctly
- Follow safety procedures and assist in emergency drills
- Requirements:
- Valid Ordinary Seaman (OS) license and STCW certificates
- Previous experience on oceangoing vessels, preferably bulk carriers
- Valid medical fitness certificate and seaman’s book
- Good English communication skills
- Team player with a safety-first attitude and readiness to work worldwide
