Requirements

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience 
• Great communication skills
• Organized and self-driven 
• Work autonomously
• Fluency in English
• Flexible for travelling

Key Responsibilities 

• Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and onboard qualified, experienced, and competent seafarers in line with company needs.
• Coordinate recruitment advertising through Crewmatch and other relevant platforms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimizing visibility.
• Engage with potential candidates in alignment with the recruitment matrix; assign and evaluate recruitment assessments and coordinate interviews in collaboration with fleet teams.
• Monitor and analyze recruitment trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to support the company’s positioning as an employer of choice within the maritime sector.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of seafarer talent to meet current and future crewing requirements.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and open requisition statuses to internal stakeholders.
