We are looking for an experienced Bosun for an offshore Service Operation Vessel (SOV) in Brunei. If you have strong deck experience and enjoy leading a deck team safely and efficiently, this could be the right next step for you.
- Key responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise deck crew in all deck operations
- Organize and carry out mooring, anchoring, and cargo handling
- Plan and perform deck maintenance, painting, and repair work
- Ensure safe use and upkeep of deck equipment and tools
- Support marine operations, transfers, and offshore activities as required
- Requirements:
- Previous sea service as Bosun or senior AB on offshore vessels
- Valid STCW certificates and seafarer documents in line with rank
- Good knowledge of deck operations, rigging, and safe working practices
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a multinational deck crew
- Good English communication skills, written and spoken
