Join OSM Thome as Motorman / Oiler onboard an offshore Service Operation Vessel (SOV) in Brunei. You will be part of a professional engine team, helping to keep all machinery running safely and efficiently.
- Key responsibilities:
- Assist engineers with operation and maintenance of main engines and auxiliary machinery
- Carry out routine checks, lubrication, and cleaning of engine room equipment
- Monitor and record machinery parameters as instructed
- Follow safety procedures and keep engine spaces clean and orderly
- Support bunkering and fuel transfer operations when required
- Requirements:
- Valid Motorman / Oiler (MTM) certificates and STCW documents
- Previous sea service in engine department, preferably on offshore vessels
- Good English communication skills
- Medically fit for duty and able to work in a team
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to work in a busy offshore environment
