Join OSM Thome as Master on a Fast Supply Vessel (FSV) operating offshore Israel. Lead safe and efficient vessel operations, manage the crew, and ensure all activities are carried out to the highest safety and operational standards.
- Key responsibilities:
- Overall command of the vessel and crew
- Ensure safe navigation and vessel handling at all times
- Plan and execute offshore supply operations
- Maintain compliance with flag, class, and company procedures
- Lead onboard safety, drills, and emergency preparedness
- Oversee deck and bridge operations, reporting, and documentation
- Requirements:
- Valid Master’s CoC, appropriate for vessel and trading area
- Solid experience as Master on Offshore / FSV or similar vessels
- Strong shiphandling and DP awareness (if applicable)
- Good knowledge of offshore operations and safety standards
- Good English communication skills
- Medically fit for sea service
