- Job Title: Quality Control Coordinator (Hook Up).
- Project: Accommodation / Flotel DP3 Vessel.
- Location: Worldwide (currently in Romania).
- Duration: 12 months (renewable).
- Rotation: 35/35 days on/off.
- Salary: Please state your realistic expectations when applying. This will be discussed with the right candidate. Consolidated monthly paid only while working.
- Start date: Approximately beginning August 2026.
- Overtime: Applicable.
- Insurance: Provided by the company.

Requirements/Qualifications/Competence:
- At least 12 years' experience in quality control within industrial construction or fabrication projects.
- Minimum 10 years leading and coordinating multidisciplinary inspection teams.
- Demonstrated background in fabrication, construction, and offshore execution activities, including platform installation and hook-up works.
- Valid certification as a senior welding inspector (e.g. CSWIP 3.2, AWS QC1/CWI, PCN Level 3, IIW CWI-C, or equivalent).
- Coating inspection qualification such as NACE Level 2, FROSIO Level 3, or an equivalent credential.
- Working knowledge of quality control across welding, coatings, piping, structural steel, non-destructive testing, electrical and instrumentation, mechanical completion, and material certification.
- Practical understanding of quality requirements for electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection planning, documentation, and compliance throughout project execution.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Tasks:
- Direct and oversee all site quality control activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.
- Coordinate the daily activities of inspection personnel across multiple technical disciplines.
- Review inspection records, test reports, certification packages, and quality documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Monitor fabrication, installation, and hook-up work to verify adherence to approved procedures and quality requirements.
- Liaise with construction, engineering, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve quality-related issues.
- Verify material traceability, inspection status, and completion of quality records before work acceptance.
- Support mechanical completion activities by ensuring inspection and documentation requirements are fully satisfied.
- Promote consistent implementation of quality processes and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
