- Key responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and galley equipment
- Keep galley, scullery, and mess areas clean and tidy
- Handle garbage and galley waste according to vessel procedures
- Assist cooks and stewards with basic food preparation and stores
- Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental rules at all times
- Requirements:
- Previous galley or scullery experience at sea or ashore is an advantage
- Good command of English
- Fit for sea service and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive and reliable attitude
- Valid seafarer documents as required by flag and company
